For our trip to Tahuna Torea we got to have a little but of fun but our main learning behind it were that we got to see where the Godwit/Kuaka eat. The sites were so beautiful from the dry land. Walking for a hike was a great learning because we saw different flowers we haven't seen before. Having to play at the playground made us have fun and make new friends.
I am a Year 8 student at Panmure Bridge School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Learning Space 2 and my teachers are Mrs Anderson, Ms Naicker and Ms Kirkpatrick.

You would need to train in a opened area and this is agility. The equipment you would need is cones and a stop watch. Training would be atleast for 1 hour. The next activity was based on training. We had to find images of sport that matches to agility, strength and endurance. Our defnition of physical activities is that it means movement of the body that uses energy.

River Safety
LS2 have been learning about water safety. We finished off a task about River safety. We have learned a lot about reading the article and making into a DLO. Keeping safe in the river is a real deal because if you go on a bush walk you might see a river. You need to check your clothes and equipment if you ever try to cross it. You can not cross the river by yourself because you will get into danger. Remember to check down the streams for potential hazards such as rapids.

Leadership Quilities
My Leadership Qualities is about the leader I look up to and why she inspires me. The leader that inspires me is Oprah because she never backed down on what she wanted to do also when she was rich she built schools for girls in South Africa to carry on with their learning. She had been through a tough time when she was a child like being abused but she has became a leader to everyone and also inspires women not to do.
