Our learning for today is based on ANZAC. We picked out sentences and information from the poem that tells what the main idea is. To help us find this we need to:
- Think about author’s purpose (PIE)
- Look at the title
- Look at the pictures
- Look at the first and last sentence
- Look for repetition of words/phrases
