I am a Year 8 student at Panmure Bridge School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Learning Space 2 and my teachers are Mrs Anderson, Ms Naicker and Ms Kirkpatrick.
Wow! Your school was very lucky to have someone like Mr. Duff come and visit you to speak. It must have been quite interesting to learn more about what he does and how he developed the company. I love to see that he wanted to give students opportunities to read. In my opinion, reading and writing are really important skills for everyone to have!
If you would like to practice your reading and writing over the summer break, please join our Summer Learning Journey programme. There are two full weeks left and you can learn a lot about interesting countries, including Canada (my homeland!), Malaysia, England, Chile and Germany. You can also blog with students from other countries and earn points for your blogs. The students with the most points at the end of the summer will earn cool prizes!
